A graduate of the esteemed Royal Institute of Tourism & Hospitality (RITH), she combines academic excellence with a profound understanding of Bhutan’s cultural and regulatory landscape to ensure every guest journey is flawlessly executed.

In her pivotal role, Rinzin oversees reservations managementvisa processing, and the acquisition of special permits required for travel within Bhutan’s protected regions.
