Kezang Norbu hails from Central Bhutan, from the village of Taktse in Trongsa. He was educated in his hometown and went to pursue his degree from the education hub of Northern India, Darjeeling. After his graduation, he completed his guiding course and started working as a professional tourist guide, a passion he developed from the few tourist he met during his school days. His love for his country, the king and the people of Bhutan has developed him into a strong culture and adventure guide. During the second parliamentary elections of this young democratic Bhutan in 2013, he contributed to the process and provided choice for the people of his village contesting as a candidate for the National Assembly of Bhutan. Kezang also have keen interest in mountain biking, hiking and reading. He also had stints in the premature Bhutanese movies having acted in some of them. Kezang is the elected guide representative of the Yangphel Adventure Travel guides that coordinates training & development of guides during the lean season.
